by Devo Spice

The FuMP has produced a new official music video and this one is animated Game Grumps style! The song was broken down into 30-second segments and each segment was animated by a different artist.

Artists from all over using a variety of styles came together to make this happen, including our own Devo Spice who animated the opening segment, followed by Zachary Dripps, Renee Coppola, Charles Moss, KidLudens, Jade Imboden, and Jey Pawlik.

The final product is now up on your YouTube channel. Click here to check it out.

A public apology on behalf of FuMPFeST and The FuMP

by Devo Spice

The organizers of FuMPFest wish to issue an apology to Laser for a remark that was made on stage during the Dementia Smackdown Wrestling event. One of the co-hosts, while providing running commentary, misgendered Laser more than once. He then attempted to make a self-deprecating joke about his inability to use the correct pronoun. That joke was inappropriate, insensitive, and came across in such a way as to make Laser the target of the joke, rather than himself as he had intended. He knew immediately it had backfired, but by then it was too late. We at the FuMP take full responsibility for this and we are very sorry this happened. We are taking steps to ensure it won't happen again. The commentator is very upset about his own behavior in this situation and has already privately apologized to Laser. Please be assured that FuMPFest and its organizers fully support the non-binary and transgender communities and would never do anything intentionally to cause anyone any harm. We try our best to make our events safe and inviting to all individuals. We are far from perfect, but we are doing our best. While this does not excuse our actions or the actions of the commentator, we hope that this will at least show we want to make things right, and we deeply apologize for any harm this may have caused our guest of honor and attendees.
