| Carrie Dahlby |
Luke, Are You Carrie? featuring the great Luke Ski
|
|
|
|
 |
|
 |
|
|
First, Scooter Picnic did "Kyle, Are You Ian?".
Then, Devo Spice & Worm Quartet did "Devo, Are You ShoEboX?"
Now, the great Luke Ski &
Carrie Dahlby bring you "Luke, Are You Carrie?" Will this be a
capper on a trilogy, or a continuation of a meme? Only time will
tell. To do your own brain-switched team-up song, get the instrumental on
the Sideshow. Lyrics & mixing by Luke Ski. Please note the
various micro-cameos by some other FuMP & Sideshow artists in
this song. For more Luke & Carrie related content, check out our
podcast "Bad Rapport", the show that's guaranteed to
exist.

This is an awesome end to the trilogy. Now let's hope nobody goes back and makes 3 crappy prequels to ruin it. |

So much for the bad morning I was having. I loved the cameos at the end of the song. |

REFERENCES! GUEST STARS! EXTRA VERSES! It's really hard for a FuMP track to get more meta than this... Im'a go write "Kyle are you Kyle". |

Hooray for rhyming "orange" with "door hinge"! |

Interesting continuation of a theme or meme as you youngsters say these days. I actually understood all of it. Thanks for the laughs. No prequel, hey that would rule out "Dr Demento, are you the FUMP?" |

I can't brain anymore. I think I'm going to write a song called ”Meme, are you Meta”.
And then kill myself. |

A bit late to the party, but I think some of the Doritos fell behind the couch if you guys want to dig them out.
Still, the casual inclusion of "Orange"/"Door Hinge" justified the existence of this song, and "What's Luke Plugging Now?" drove it home. :)

Since Luke is in Carrie's body, am I the only one who thought Sara's line should've been "What's plugging Luke now"? Or was I not supposed to go there? (Stupid brain, see what you made me do?) |

Of all of the "$name1, Are You $name2?" songs that have been done so far, I think this is the best. The body swap was a good twist. I don't think the other songs had that, or if they did, I somehow missed it. |
