No offense, but the original was funny only because it was origional. Your song uses all the cliches of the origional and it seems to fall kinda flat. On the up side you definitely have musical talent. I look forward to seeing what else you come up with :)

Bob Rivers got left out. Either that or I just plain missed it. Good job, but you should have changed more of the lyrics.
