Okay, picture a man wearing a pair of spring-loaded boots. Picture him bouncing from rooftop to rooftop, terrorizing people. His name is Spring Heeled Jack. Nobody knows who he is or where he came from. This is in Victorian England, mind you. Picture lots of fog, and befuddled mustached men. This guy was REAL, or at least, claimed to be real by dozens of disturbed witnesses. Look him up. Oh yeah, he had claws. He was like Batman, Godzilla, and Wolverine all rolled into one.
