So, because Sony doesn't want to lose the Spider-Man franchise to Marvel Studios/Disney, they're rebooting the series with a new film in theaters TODAY, with our hero in high school again, despite the last film having been released only five years ago.
Personally, I would have preferred this as the reboot...

Great song!! I knew from the title it was about Peter Porker before I even listened to it. But as a DC Comics fan, I demand equal time: I want a song about Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew!!

Ha ha! Great song, Ian. I'd had a "Spider-Ham" parody idea some time ago myself, but I didn't write it down & forgot the words. I remember enough to know that yours is better, anyway. Doing it as a parody of The Ramones' version of the Spider-Man theme is pure genius.
