First post! Awesome as always and I think the "oooh gobble gobble"s make the piece. Soooo hungry now.

A deliciously crafted slice of Americana!

Great song. Just wished it did not make me hungry.

You know, I always thought the world could use a Thanksgiving carol or two....why should Christmas have all the fun? Can't wait to hear this one. I was at least glad to see "tryptophan" mentioned in the lyrics...that's like, only, my favorite word ever!

JakeWaters - Nov 16, 2007

Awesome as always! Very funny!

Bravo!! You had me laughing at my desk in work for a few minutes here!

"Got no paid vacation", and my family's always rude..." Brilliant song, Lund and Spaff. Two drumsticks up!

ProjectSisyphus - Nov 18, 2007

We're definitely playing this one at our family gathering - I think this could become a new tradition. Nice work, guys.

dino-mike - Nov 18, 2007

Very very impressive... I like this one.

Great song! See now if you called it I <3 Thanksgiving, we could have requested it for the Mad Music Archive "Numbers" show!

djseamus - Nov 20, 2007

I can't wait for this song to come out on the November-December CD, so I downloaded this as a Fump subscriber and am going to be playing it on my special holiday shows this Wed. and Friday. Tune in Wed 8-10pm for myself and my good friend "the Hurricane", and then again Friday 8-10pm E.S.T on http://www.wwpv.org/ for some audible eats! (If you still have room, that is).

chewy's brother - Nov 27, 2007

why aren't there MORE thankgiving songs? why do the december holidays get all the good stuff?

Hurricane - Nov 28, 2007

I agree, we need more Thanksgiving Day songs! Instant classic, Mr. Lund. The best Thanksgiving Day song I've heard since Tim Cavanagh's Give Beef a Chance tune :)

happyskunk - Apr 20, 2008
