The previous 1996 studio and 2003 live recordings of this Star Trek related parody of LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" were both done with live bands, so as to recreate his then famous appearance on MTV Unplugged. I always wanted to make a proper version of this song to match the original hip-hop single, and thanks to honor-full Chief Music Officer Ja'Rhed, son of Rihng'Kold, and back-up warriors Jer'Hed Per'Hez, Khan Sher'LocQ, and MaHt Du'Hann, victory was ours!
