Good song, although I was wondering at first why Luke Ski was in it instead of Shoebox (yeah, I was slow on getting that joke, I heard the song before reading the comments here).

Kickass. One of my new favorite Sudden Death songs. Excellent storytelling.

There are some pretty rad synths on this! The stutter/glitch take at the start is especially cool. (and, ya know, the lyrics are good too)

Wow. two FuMP songs in a row with NO ShoEboX in it. I guess that means both of next week WILL have ShoEboX in it in some way. I liked the story, the classic "robots take over the world" story, and a very creative way of defeating them.

Keao - Mar 17, 2007

Good stuff, I thought it sounded like Luke ski doing Bender. :-)

samuel_whyte - Mar 18, 2007

The Robots Should Of Used Apple.:) Great Work.

filkertom - Mar 18, 2007

Actually, three in a row. ;) Although I have a plan.... Great song, Devo!

MrTuesday - Mar 19, 2007

^ good news Tom. It seems that you and ShoEboX are the only two who haven't done a collaboration of some kind yet.

LoonieBin - Mar 22, 2007

Hearing this song makes we want to hear "When Robots Attack," and vice versa.

Tom, er, DEVO. I'll bet all day at work one can hear, "Beeou, beeeou!! Fffffwish! Bam, boom, kla-BLAM!!" coming from your desk. Another great Sudden Death twist to what we ALL know is our certain future: Luke Ski dictating to the masses in one of his voices... sigh. WOnderful work Tom (as usual... sigh again). I like yer dig at MS and anything with Bender in it gives my pants a tingle. In my super-secret eBay code, I give you A+++++++++++++++++++!!!

Just a heads up, I used this song in my podcast. I gave both your name and website in the show and release notes, and gave the Fump a shout out as well. If you want to give a listen here is the address (the January 1, 2011 episode has your song in it): http://beyondradio.libsyn.com/january-1-2011 ps: I know the song is old as...old, but it still fit into where I was going with the show, and it's not like songs expire. Or do they?
