As many of you know, the specter of racism has reared its ugly head against 2 FuMPers in recent months...Thing is, both recipients of the racism were WHITE GUYS! Not to turn this into Social Studies 101, but some people need to, um, Chill the F*** Out it seems! So here's a song offered in thanks to the person who opened my eyes to the idea that, despite anything I say or do otherwise or how I live my life, the fact that I am white automatically makes me a disparaging, privileged oppressor. Guilty as charged I guess, though I've never thought or acted in that way, but I guess others know better than me! Sometimes you just can't win. Chris Mezzolesta - guitars, bass, vocals, loops.
