Dress This Way |

Birth Certificates! Tornadoes! Royal Weddings! Is your head spinning? Come back with me to a simpler time, won't you? Back, oh, say, four or five weeks ago, when we'd sit outside the General Store and jaw about Lady "Every Day Is Halloween" Gaga and her new song "Born This Way".
Yep, that's when we produced this parody - but little did we know there wouldn't be an open slot on The Fump 'til April 29. Now the little ones have grown up and moved to the city, and good ol' Rex is buried down in the holler he loved so much, but we can still listen to "Dress This Way" and remember how things used to be.
Pass me a Werther's Original, will you?

I know you probably wrote this before Al released his... but the timing could not be worse. |

Weather other people have done similar parodies of the same song or not, this song is still good |

Like the idea and having a female singer does make it stand out from the other parody. |

Who cares about timing -- it sounds great, it's funny, it's exactly the right length... two thumbs way up! |

Yeah, sorry about the timing... but with a female singer this song actually sticks out more and frankly, I like it better than Al's. |

Very well done. Al should be envious. |

Good parody. Who needs Halloween or cons when you are Lady Gaga and can dress that way everyday?? Jealous, me? You betcha!! |

Shame about the timing, but this is a good parody. Unfortunately, this is one of those songs that's going to get parodied to death. Mark Douglas (Key of Awesome) has already hit this with a million-dollar video - don't know how he does it.
I really like the singer on this version though. |
