Nuclear Bubble Wrap Raichu a Song
Yo! Champ in the making! Do you have what it takes to be a Pokemon master? There are 39 different Pokemon hidden within the lyrics of this song. As they say, you gotta catch 'em all!

As for the subject matter itself, this song is really just about a failed relationship. But that's not the point. The point is POKEMON!!!

Jace McLain: vocals, keyboards, kitchen percussion
Kyle Thorne: guitars
Brendan Sheairs: bass
Eric Zhu: drums
Steve Goodie: opening organ riff

I like shorts. They're comfy and easy to wear.

This song is now available on the following CDs:

I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed to admit this but I can relate to this song. I play those Red/Blue/Yellow game-boy games sometimes on computer with emulator. Maybe this has something to do with why I'm alone. That Youngster is so rite~ Shorts Rule!!

I don't follow Pokemon, but I noticed that jigglipuff was left out

I had to have every one of these references explained to me. And I loved it! Very catchy song, guys... now it will be stuck in my head for another week!

I caught the references only because I'm a former mega-addict of the games. That said, this onslaught of bad puns is quite gastly and I think weedle be feeling swellow without such muk, and...(OK, that's it, I'm out of jokes)

Just looked @ the lyrics 'cause I couldn't entirely make out all of them. Think it's interesting you worked Vulpix in there.

I understood every joke. Every. Joke. Even the ones in the description. Lord help me.

There should be a vid with lame pix or clips of each Pokemon as it's listed so everyone could get the references. I'm glad this song was based on the originals cuz I don't know anything bout latter stuff. I'm an old-skewl dork xD

I think a video for this song is pretty likely. We shall see...

You forgot the part where you showed her your ultra balls...

Or your Dusk Balls...

I'd volunteer a video, but Pokemon is outside my field. Perhaps a slideshow is possible.

Don't know any of these references but, I like what you did with them.
