This dirty little number is based on Raymond and Scum guitarist Matthew Dunn's experiences while living in a tiny apartment building in Van Nuys, California. Once his missionary work was over, he was able to move into a sound proof home in the middle of nowhere...but that neighbor is still looking for him.
