I've always thought the phrase "Less Is More" is pretty stupid. Really, what is the point of the word "less" and the word "more" if their meanings are interchangeable? Where I come from, "less" is "less" and "more" is "more." If I meant "more" I wouldn't have said "less," would I? No, I'd have said "more!" I mean, when was the last time someone screamed in a fit of passion, "Less! Less!" Unless her lover's name happened to be "Les," this wouldn't make much sense, now would it?
So my buddy Tim and I were trying to write a song one day, and "Less Is More" came to mind. A few shots of tequila later "Les's Morgue" was born. Happy Halloween!

the "formaldehyde" line - ewww!, but awesome. Love the harpsichord work, and good vocals. Tom Leher would have written this one had he written a Halloween song.
