Oh lord, aside from needing a verse about how this also applies to some people in fandom who aren't gamers (some of the furries, comic fans and general sf fans), this is perfect! I agree with Insane Ian, it's funny because it's true... also sad because it's true, but funny mostly.

I am unschooled in the ways of geeks and Cons, but I can understand what you're sayin, Rob. Perhaps I should write a song about the "Vermont Hippy Funk", which is a combination of pot smoke, regular cigarette smoke, food-encrusted dirty dishes in the sink, and oriental inscence to cover it all up. I have friends who live like this, no joke. Oh, and great work with the song.

Who's got the funk? Rob Balder does. I'll forever hear this song in my head now whenever I'm at a con. Great work, Rob. Lots of LOL lyrics. I always pack a stick of deodorant in my backpack every con. I wish a lot more con goers did.
