chewy's brother - Dec 30, 2008

Very amusing! I like!

Balder - Dec 30, 2008

A lot of laughs in this one, especially for the harmonica. :D

MrTuesday - Dec 30, 2008

Not doing it for me. So far, to me, Steve Goodie has struck out on all his FuMP submissions. Please go back to making Harry Potter songs, Steve.

Insane Ian - Dec 30, 2008

This is probably my fave track by Mr. Goodie. Very funny!

davidtanny - Dec 30, 2008

When I saw the title, I thought of Frank Zappa and Joe's Garage. Good song.

dino-mike - Dec 30, 2008

Nice job Steve. A very funny and topical tune.

djseamus - Dec 31, 2008

Killer Dylan impression there, Steve. And the song is awesome...the feel of it is very similar to "I'm Thinkin' 'Bout Nailin' Sarah Palin". I don't think I've heard too many of your Harry Potter songs but I do know this: current events call for satire...satire on, dude!

weirdojace - Dec 31, 2008

Ugh, another Harry Potter song? Please go back to making songs about current events, Steve.

squirreludecker - Dec 31, 2008

as much as i dont like to leave negative comments on the fump comments, i have to agree with mrtuesday. i may be arguing with semantics here, but i think one of the requirements for being mainline fump is actually being funny. it was not to me.

DJ Particle - Jan 1, 2009

You've been BLEEDING EDGEd on the new DT20 out 1/2/09 ;)

peterfump9 - Jan 5, 2009

Nice Dylan bit. I liked it.

stevegoodie - Jan 6, 2009

Hey FuMPers... As much as i don't like to leave negative comments about my own songs, I must say this: I will write a current-events song about Harry Potter as soon as the little f***er does something current! Regarding funny... well, no one can be funny for everyone all the time. And the worst thing any creative person can do is try to please everyone. Let's all just do what we do, shall we? If you don't like it, you don't gotta buy it! Happy new year! Steve

ThatCrazyCajun - Jan 8, 2009

Steve, ignore the putzes who don't get it. Your new song is hilarious and most of us know it. (The Bob Dylan impression makes it, I think; you've evidently figured out his trick of barfing your lyrics.) Rock on, dude.

maxgoof - Jan 12, 2009

Just the recurring theme of an auto mechanic able to turn an SUV into multiple smaller cars is funny, to me.

Spaff.com - Jan 12, 2009

Love it.

aviatrixx - Nov 9, 2009

Love it, Steve. As usual! I guess squirreludecker must be from Texas. I think it is illegal to drive anything that weighs less than 4,000 lbs or gets more than 10mpg there.

mrjuju - Jan 2, 2011

Just a heads up, I used this song in my podcast. I gave both your name and website in the show and release notes, and gave the Fump a shout out as well. If you want to give a listen here is the address (the January 1, 2011 episode has your song in it): http://beyondradio.libsyn.com/january-1-2011
