Moving Right Along

Things are moving along slowly and clumsily with all things musical around these parts, but I wanted to mention a couple things.

It's February, so it's time for some new free downloads at devospice.com. I figured since my birthday falls in February it would be appropriate to post Getting Old Sucks. The second song this month is a new song I did for Mur Lafferty's podcast I Should Be Writing. It's the theme song to her Good Cop Bad Cop segment with Matt F'n Wallace. In other news I'm planning to produce a new shirt using my Transformers face design. I'm going to start taking pre-orders for that shortly to fund the print run so keep an eye out for that.

And in album news I have decided on a release date, and as soon as I finish up a couple more little planning things I will announce it. I have a tentative track list planned out, although two of the songs are huge question marks at this point. But I should be ready to announce all my plans on the next episode of The Insider. So look for that in the coming weeks.

I can see the finish line, folks! Now I just have to hope I don't drop dead before I reach it. Cheers!
